Physician involvement in daily care is second to none as board certified
Internists from the group of attending physicians make morning rounds each weekday to see all residents requiring a physician’s attention. The same physician group is on-call at all other times providing an unparalleled level of continuity in care.

The in-house therapy department consisting of physical, occupational, and speech therapies delivers outstanding care to ensure the highest degree of function possible for each resident. Over forty per cent of all residents discharged go home!

Through Lexington Medical Center, respiratory therapy is also provided seven days each week. The staff at Extended Care is your extended family, helping to provide long-term, vigilant care in a professional facility fully equipped to deal with all aspects of long-term care giving.
