Satellite Registration Instructions
Welcome to LMC – Health Directions. We appreciate
your interest and look forward to seeing you in class! In order to
register for classes at one of our satellite locations (Gilbert &
St.Andrews/Irmo), please do the
following:
Step 1 – Register:
Complete the
Satellite Registration Form.
Please list all of the * fitness classes you plan to attend and answer each
question in the Medical History section.
*If you’re purchasing a Flex pass, please list at
least one fitness class you plan to attend.
Step 2 - Payment:
Registration fees are located under
Satellite Membership.
You may pay online or send a check with your registration to:
Health Directions, 3225 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia, SC 29169.
Step 3: Childcare
To register and pay for childcare (St. Andrews/Irmo
only), complete the following:
Print the
Childcare Registration Form and mail to Health
Directions, 3225 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia, SC 29169.
