Membership Options

    1. Gold....        $345 per year                             Enjoy an unlimited number of classes at St. Andrews (Irmo) and LMC Gilbert.

    2. Silver....       $255 per year                             Attend any three (3) classes per week at St. Andrews (Irmo) and LMC Gilbert.

    3. Bronze....     $200 per year                             Attend any two (2) classes per week at St. Andrews (Irmo) and LMC Gilbert.

Six Month Membership
   

     1. Flex Pass.... $90  (30-class pass)                   Pay $90 for a pass to attend 30 classes. The pass is valid for six months from purchase date to attend any class at
St. Andrews (Irmo) and Gilbert ONLY. (Not Wellness Center)

NO CLASSES to be held at St. Andrews (Irmo) and LMC Gilbert on the following dates: March 21, March 23, May 26, July 4, September 1, November 27, December 25, 2008, and            January 1, 2009.

2008 Childcare Fees - St. Andrews / Irmo  Childcare Flex Cards..... $75.00 = Thirty (30) Visits 

One Year (Annual).......                                         1st child ($120), 2nd Child ($90),                          3rd Child ($60), 4th Child (Free)

1. Print registration form and make payment online.

2. Pick up a registration form at a Satellite location and mail to: Health Directions, 3225 Sunset Blvd. West Columbia, SC 29169

3. Stop by the Wellness Center at 3225 Sunset Blvd. to register in person.
