A key goal at Lexington Medical Center is
keeping a pulse on our employee populous. This is essential to

either as a patient or as a provider of health services. Although
Lexington continues to be voted “the best” in the area, we strive

We constantly work to be THE premier employer of
the Midlands and the Southeast and when we ask our employees what
they need in an employer, it is balance. We looked at benefits and
provided a comprehensive benefits package, a tuition
reimbursement program, and retirement plan options. We looked at
family friendly programs and provided a state of the art childcare
center and an adoption assistance program. We looked at the
importance of health and wellness and provided our employees with
a wellness center, free annual health screenings and wellness
education classes. The result is a hospital that cares about its
employees and in turn, the employees care about the patients that
they serve.
