How do I start an on-line application?

Select the position you’re interested in, create a Profile (account) to include a Username and Password. Creating a profile allows you to check the status of your application and to apply for other positions.

Do I have to fill out an application on-line or can I submit a résumé instead?

All applications must be completed on-line by filling in all the required information, denoted with an asterisk (*). There is an option to paste your résumé to your on-line application.

How long will it take for me to hear back from my application?

Reviewing applications can take a few days or a number of weeks based on the amount of the applicants under consideration and the interview availability of the hiring manager/candidates.

You can always check the status of your application online (refer to How do I check the status of my application?).

How do I check the status of my application?

To check the status of your application:

  1. Go to www.lexmed.com
  2. Click on Careers
  3. Click on Job Listings
  4. Click the link Log In Now
  5. Enter your User Name and Password (If you have forgotten this information, click on the link Forgot Username / Password and follow the directions).
  6. Click the Login button
  7. You will arrive at your “dashboard”. Click the Application History tab and it will show the status of all the applications you have submitted in the last six months.

What does it mean when a job I applied for says my status is “Active”?

Active means you are under consideration and there has not been a request for an interview either due to the Hiring Manager's schedule or because there are other candidates currently being interviewed.

Once the hiring manager identifies if an interview is warranted, you will be notified by Human Resources. Our system provides real time information for our applicants.

As you progress in the consideration process, or once the position is filled, your status will change under the “Application History” feature.

Who can I speak with about a job that I have applied for?

A recruiter or hiring manager will contact you directly if they are interested in speaking with you about a position you applied for. We regret that due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to contact each candidate individually regarding their application.

How often are the jobs updated?

Our database is updated on a daily basis.
