With 388 beds, Lexington Medical Center Extended Care is the largest skilled nursing facility in South Carolina. We offer many opportunities for those qualified individuals who are willing to go that extra mile for their patients.

Available Positions

  • CNA’s: Full-time positions available for
    3 p.m. - 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shifts. Part-time weekend positions available for all shifts. Must be SC Certified with long-term care experience.
  • RN’s and LPN’s: Full-time positions available for 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shifts. Part-time weekend positions available for all shifts. Current SC license with long-term care experience required.
  • PT / PTA / OT and COTA:
    PRN positions available, Current South Carolina license required.
  • Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse:
    Lexington Medical Center Extended Care is seeking A Certified Wound, Ostomy Continue Nurse (CWOCN) To join their team of professionals. The CWOCN directs, organizes, and develops all wound care services. Provides specialty care for residents with acute and chronic wounds. Oversees the wound care program in addition to providing treatments to residents. Functions in the role of expert clinician, educator, consultant, and case manager. Candidates should have a Current License as Register Nurse in South Carolina, A Certification in Wound, Ostomy and Continence with a minimum of three years experience directly related to wound care.
