With 388 beds, Lexington Medical Center Extended Care is the largest skilled nursing facility in South Carolina. We offer many opportunities for those qualified individuals who are willing to go that extra mile for their patients.

Available Positions

RN’s and LPN’s: Full-time positions available for 3pm – 11pm shift and part-time weekend positions available for all shifts and must have current SC license with long-term care experience.
CNA’s: Part-time weekend positions available for all shifts and must be SC Certified with long-term care experience.
COTA and OTR: Full-time (COTA) and PRN (OTR) positions available, current South Carolina license required.
