Meet Your Health & Fitness Goals
Health Directions Irmo is a class-based and personal training facility. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes from cardio and strength training to yoga and Pilates.
Hours: Fitness Classes
Fitness classes are offered from
6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.

Personal Training
If you need more individualized attention or want to jump start your fitness routine, you should consider personal training. We offer a wide array of packages from one-on-one to small group training.
All of our personal trainers are certified through a national organization and can work with you at time convenient for you. Call Lyn Williams at (803) 791-2049 for more information.
