We offer many classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Yoga & Pilates
Gentle Yoga
For persons looking for a modified, supported gentle yoga class; all ages and abilities.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is designed to allow students to challenge and deepen their yoga practice. In addition to introducing intermediate and advanced poses, the class explores breath work and meditation techniques.
Slow Flow Yoga
Focuses on the mindful body awareness through alignment and holding poses longer through a moderate flowing style. All levels welcome.
Pilates Level 1
Series of exercises to challenge the core muscles while maintaining postural alignment and proper breathing. Focuses on breathing, body symmetry, core stabilization, and tension release. Pre-requisite: Pilates Fundamentals.
Pilates Level 2
For participants who are comfortable with the basic skills of Pilates. Challenge yourself and increase your knowledge in this bridge between Level 1 and Props classes.
Pilates Fundamentals
(4-week class) Learn the basics of Pilates and breath control. Required prior to attending any Pilates class. Registration Required - Max 8.
Pilates w/Props
Take Pilates to a higher level. Enjoy adding small balls, magic circles, foam rollers, weights, bands, and dowels to your workout. Participant must be comfortable with Level 2. 45-minute class
Cycle Classes
Intro to Cycle
This 30-minute class is offered to those who have never taken Cycle. Learn the basics of cycling and enjoy a 30-minute ride. A ‘must’ for all new riders.
Beginner Cycle
40-45 minute class designed for beginner riders.
Cycle
45-minute class to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Group Fitness
Cardio Blast
Get ready to sweat! Challenge your cardiovascular endurance with this fun and upbeat class using a combination of cardio circuits.
Cardio Core
Core training class with athletic drills using step, low impact, Reebok Core Board and yoga. Focus on core musculature.
Muscular and Core Conditioning
Energize U
Class begins with 25-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise and concludes with a full Strength-n-U class (75 min)
Kettlebell Level 1
Kettlebells work the entire body emphasizing the hips, hamstrings and core musculature. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees
Strength-n-U
A total body strength-training group fitness class designed by HD staff for participants of all skill levels and ages.
Sculpt
Total body conditioning class using dumbbells, body bars, balls, tubing, & dynabands. A must for all levels!
