Pre-Natal Yoga - NEW!
Pre-natal yoga helps strengthen the back, legs and pelvic muscles. It improves circulation, aids in digestion, exercises the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy: nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
Taught by Randa Downs, M. Ed., E-RYT-200
Randa has taught yoga since 2003 and considers it to be the ultimate in physical, mental, and emotional therapy. Randa is certified to teach Prenatal Yoga and attributes her healthy pregnancies and natural deliveries in large part to her practice throughout pregnancy. She is truly grateful to have the two best jobs in the universe: raising her children and teaching yoga.

We will then discuss your goals and create an exercise prescription to fit your needs. In addition, we will provide you with one-on-one instruction on each piece of equipment and help you select which fitness classes are suited to your interests. Call 936-7125 to make your appointment.
Members are eligible for one Fitness Assessment per Annual Agreement.
Annual Health Screen
Annual Members and their spouses may participate in one Member Health Screen per Annual Agreement. The screen is offered every other month and includes:
- Lipid (cholesterol) profile with fasting blood sugar
- PSA for men over 40

- Body Mass Index and body composition
- Personal Wellness Profile (PWP)
Participants receive a copy of their lipid profile and fasting glucose results to share with their health care provider.
Personal Wellness Profile (PWP)
The PWP is a concise 4-page assessment tool that when completed annually with your health screen will identify your areas of improvement and changes you have made from the previous year. Included in the Annual Health Screen for members and their spouses.
