We offer many classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Yoga & Pilates
Gentle Yoga
For persons looking for a modified, supported gentle yoga class; all ages and abilities.
Therapeutic Yoga
Offers tools from hatha yoga to improve general health and address specific areas of challenge, limitation, and enjoyment. Class is centered around the specific benefits of various postures, movement sequences, breath techniques, & meditation. (45 min)
Power Yoga
Class that challenges your strength, flexibility and endurance. Be prepared to sweat! Previous yoga experience advised.
Energized Yoga
Join in on this eye-opening, more active style of yoga to get your blood moving in the early morning. Class includes warm-up, energized poses, and stretching.
Pilates Fundamentals
(4-wk class) Offered to those who have never taken Pilates. Learn the basics of Pilates and breath control. Upon registration, you will receive a Pilates pass to be given to your instructor at each lesson. 45-min. class.
Pilates Level 1
Bridge between Pilates Fundamentals and Pilates classes. You will increase your skill and comfort level. 45 min. class.
Pilates Level 2
For participants who are comfortable with the basic skills of Pilates. Challenge yourself and increase your knowledge in this bridge between Level 1 and Props classes.
Pilates w/Props
Take Pilates to a higher level. Enjoy adding small balls, magic circles, foam rollers, weights, bands and dowels to your workout. Participant must be comfortable w/ Level 2. 45-min. class.
Cycle Classes
Intro to Cycle
This 30-minute class is offered to those who have never taken cycle. Learn the basics of cycling and enjoy a 20-minute ride. A 'must' for all new riders.
Beginner Cycle
For those ready to move on from the Intro class and improve riding skills.
Cycle
45-minute class to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance as you ride.
Cross Training
Beginner Fitness Class
Learn the basics of muscular and cardiovascular conditioning as you begin to improve your general fitness.
Cardio Dance
Enjoy a fun cardiovascular workout while moving to the rhythm of great music! Class features a variety of dancing styles. Open to all levels.
Zumba
Fun, energetic Latin cardio dance which features aerobic/fitness interval training combining fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Zumba Light
An energetic mix of Latin rhythms and moves designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Open to all levels.
Cardio Core
Core training class with athletic drills using step, low impact, Reebok Deck and Core Board while focusing on core musculature.
Fit Forever
Movement & muscular conditioning class; participants may choose to sit in a chair and/or stand. Perfect for those with limitations in mobility and/or balance. (45 min)
Evening Energizer
All levels are welcome to attend this fun class featuring various types of exercises to get the blood flowing: dance, step, hi/low; class is wrapped up with a cooldown featuring yoga poses (50 mins).
Muscular Conditioning
Fit Forever Sculpt
45-minute movement and muscular conditioning class. Participants may choose to sit in a chair and/or stand using chair for balance if needed. Perfect for those with limitations in mobility and/or balance.
Energize U
Class begins with 25-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise and concludes with a full Strength-n-U class. (75 min)
Kettlebells Fundamentals
Beginner class teaches the basic moves for training w/ Kettlebells. Registration required. Class limit: 8.
Kettlebells Level 1
Kettlebells work the entire body emphasizing the hips, hamstrings and core musculature. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees.
Kettlebells Level 2
Kettlebell training goes to the next level of strength and conditioning.
Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals.
Kettlebell-TRX
Take your training to the next level in this 50-minute class! Class combines use of kettlebells and TRX; includes strength and endurance components while focusing on core musculature. PRE-REQUISITES: Prior use and proficiency with kettlebells and TRX; ability to pace yourself.
Power Abs
15 minute class to challenge your abdominals and core musculature.
Pure Strength
Strength training class with body bars, hand weights, and other resistance equipment, designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone.
Strength-n-U
A total body strength-training group fitness class designed by HD staff for participants of all skill levels and ages.
Sculpt
Total body conditioning class using dumbbells, body bars, balls, tubing, & dynabands. A must for all levels! Great beginner class.
TRX® Suspension Training
With TRX® Suspension Training, participants harness their own body weight to create resistance as they train to build core and overall strength. Use our 30-minute TRX classes to add to your existing fitness program.
Pre-Requisites: A strong awareness of your body in space, a strong spine, and healthy joints.
- TRX® Intro: New to TRX? Let us show you the basics in this 30-minute intro session. Participants will learn how to set up and use the TRX, as well as how to adjust resistance and stability to progress exercises. Participants will also learn how to properly execute a basic set of foundational exercises. New participants are strongly encouraged to attend an Intro class before progressing to a Body Blast class.
- TRX® Body Blast: Join in on our 30-minute full-body TRX® workout to build overall strength, balance, and flexibility. Open to all levels; prior completion of TRX® Intro is strongly recommended.
