Pregnancy & Delivery
Preparing for your special delivery
Tours for the Expectant Family
Tours of the labor and delivery, nursery and post-partum areas can be arranged. Tours are included in “Your Special Delivery” and “Super Sibling” courses.

Your Special Delivery (Four Sessions)
A four-session class designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. Meets once a week for four weeks. Space is limited.

Your Special Delivery (One session)
A one-session class designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. Space is limited.

Birth Partner: Labor Doula
Guiding the birthing mother and her family through the birth process.

Pre-Natal Yoga
Pre-natal yoga will help stengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

Assisting with care for the new mother and her baby.

Caring for You and Your Baby
Learn how to care for you and your baby after delivery.

- When: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Your Special Touch: Infant Massage
This is a certified 3-week class that meets for 1-hour each week. Massage helps promote nurturing between you and your baby. Parents often find that their baby sleeps better, fusses less, and gains more weight when massaged regularly. Infant massage can help improve colic, excessive gas, and constipation. To participate, infants should be at least 4 weeks old and not yet crawling.
- Cost: $60 (Discounts of $30 offered for families participating in Your Special Delivery class)
Breast-feeding
Covers the advantages of breast-feeding. Learn tips and techniques as well as weaning and returning to work.

Super Sibling
Designed to help children between the ages of 3-10 prepare for the arrival of your new baby.

Infant/Child CPR Class
Learn how to perform CPR, respond to choking and discuss related safety issues for infants or children. No written test required. Space is limited.
