Dr. Bacon earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida. Before becoming a physician with Lexington Medical Center, she was a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. In that position, she taught students, saw patients and served as the department chair.
She believes that patients should feel comfortable with their physician and office staff. Dr. Bacon wants her patients to see her as someone they can talk to about things they may be uneasy talking about with others.
