Bio

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Carol H. Choe, MD, graduated magna cum laude with her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She completed her residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a critical care fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.

Dr. Choe is a member of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. She most recently provided emergency patient care as the attending physician at Aria Health Systems in Philadelphia and as a staff physician at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel, Pennsylvania. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Choe teaches medical students by facilitating simulations labs for lumbar punctures, cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills, splinting, and intubation techniques, and leading lectures on airway disasters and environmental emergencies. She is also a certified instructor for advanced cardiovascular and pediatric advanced life support.
