Charles D. Phillips, MD, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and earned his medical degree from the USC School of Medicine. He then completed an anesthesiology residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.
Board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Phillips is a member of the South Carolina Medical Association and the South Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists. He has more than 15 years of experience and most recently cared for patients at Carolina Anesthesiology Associates in Columbia, providing general anesthesia services, including vascular, thoracic, labor and delivery, and regional techniques, at Palmetto Health Parkridge and Palmetto Health Richland hospitals.
Dr. Phillips proudly joins the Lexington Medical Center Network of Care at Lexington Medical Anesthesiology to provide comprehensive anesthesia services at Lexington Medical Center, Lexington Medical Center Irmo and Lexington Medical Center Lexington.
