Bio

A graduate of the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, Dr. Froelich earned his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He then completed his anesthesiology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Dr. Froelich is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society and the South Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists, among other organizations. He is also certified in advanced cardiac, basic and pediatric advanced life support. He retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of active duty and has more than 25 years of experience providing anesthesia services. Dr. Froelich most recently cared for patients as a staff anesthesiologist at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Prior to this role, he was chief of Anesthesia at KershawHealth Medical Center in Camden, South Carolina.

Dr. Froelich joins the board-certified physicians at Lexington Medical Anesthesiology to provide comprehensive anesthesia services at Lexington Medical Center, Lexington Medical Center Irmo and Lexington Medical Center Lexington.
