Recruiting Training & Retaining Employees

Lexington Medical Center has several programs in place to recruit, train and retain employees and potential employees so that they can realize professional success in the growing health care industry.

Continuing Education

Within our staff ranks, we offer courses, resulting in either continuing credits or certification, that are geared to fulfilling current and anticipated needs in the health care field. Scholarship programs are available for high-demand training.

Reaching Out to High School Students

We begin by reaching out to students in our schools, encouraging them to consider the many benefits of working in health care as a guide to their course of studies in high school and beyond.
