What is a Nurse Navigator?

A Nurse Navigator is a registered nurse who helps patients and families through the diagnosis, treatment and recovery process. This nurse is available at no charge to any patient diagnosed with cancer who is being seen at Lexington Medical Center.

Will LMC accept my insurance?

We partner with most major managed care networks, and we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare. Be sure to check with your insurance provider about your coverage for specific services.

Will I scar from a biopsy?

Our advanced technology and methods often leave little or no scarring from the procedure.
