Our Commitment to You
We want your surgical stay with us to be as pleasant as possible. From the scheduling of your surgery by your physician’s office to your discharge, our entire staff will work to provide you and your family members with the answers and insights you need.
Please Communicate Your Concerns
The surgical lobby volunteers and clinical nurse liaison are here to assist you in any way that you need. Please feel free to approach them with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Before and After Surgery
When you arrive in the Surgical Lobby area, you will be assigned a beeper to help us locate you prior to surgery. It is also for your support person after surgery to be updated by the clinical nurse liaison and/or physician. When you arrive in outpatient recovery or are assigned a room, we will then ask for the beeper back from your support person.
A Care Manager Coordinates Your Care
You may receive care from a doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, dietitian, physical therapist, medical social worker, case manager, respiratory therapist or other trained professional as needed. Care managers are responsible for coordinating your care. Most importantly, they are available to answer questions and provide information to you.
