out the forms and make copies for future scheduling purposes.
Lexington Medical Center offers referring physicians access to our
PACS web server. This allows your office to view any image taken
within our radiology department. This service is free of charge and
can be set up on most personal computers. Please have each employee
wanting access fill out the form below and fax to the number printed
on the form.
