West Columbia, S.C. – Congratulations to the Lexington Medical Center Marketing department for receiving three Golden Tusk awards, 10 Wallie awards and the coveted Best in Show award at the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society (CHPRMS) annual fall conference on December 8, 2012 in Charleston, S.C. The CHPRMS awards acknowledge excellence in public relations and marketing of health care systems within North and South Carolina.

Over the past seven years, the Lexington Medical Center Marketing department, under LMC Vice President of Marketing and Communications Mark Shelley, has earned more than 200 state and national health care Marketing awards, including back-to-back Pink Glove Dance championships. In addition, Mark Shelley is often invited to speak at national conferences about health care marketing, social media, branding and employee engagement.
