How It Works
Send a warm wish or cheerful support to a loved one at Lexington Medical Center. Once your greeting is submitted though our secure network, our staff will print your message (complete with beautiful illustration) and deliver it in person. In most cases, messages are received within 48 hours.
What if I don’t know a patient’s room number?
Call the hospital directory at (803) 791-2000 to find out a patient’s room number.
Can I send an e-greeting to an outpatient?
Messages are only delivered to patients staying in the hospital and listed in the hospital directory. We apologize, but we cannot deliver messages to patients coming to the hospital for same-day surgery, outpatient or clinic visits.
The Fine Print
E-Greetings are not confidential. Lexington Medical Center employees print the message, read it to ensure appropriateness and then deliver it to the patient. If a patient has been discharged or declined to be listed in the hospital directory, e-greetings cannot be delivered. Messages that are inappropriate in nature are destroyed without delivery. Lexington Medical Center reserves the right to refuse to deliver any e-greeting if it determines, for whatever reason, that the message is inappropriate. In no event shall Lexington Medical Center be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the content contained in your e-greeting.
