Visiting Hours

To ensure that our patients get the rest that they need, please limit visiting hours to between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. We can, however, accommodate families who feel they must stay.

Please remember that specialty areas of the hospital have different visiting times to encourage a restful and quiet environment for patient recovery.

Visiting Policies

Different rules and procedures apply depending on which department the patient has been admitted to. Smoking and the use of tobacco products are not permitted anywhere on the hospital premises.

Gifts and Flowers

Gifts, flowers and balloons are encouraged and welcomed. If you're unable to visit, you can send a gift to a patient's room by calling our on-site gift shops. We also offer an automatic E-Greeting service.

Visit Vision – Live Video Conferencing with Patients

Sometimes all visitors cannot be permitted to come to a patient's room. In that case, we offer Visit Vision, a way for patients to see you as you talk with them by phone. When you call from the wall telephone in our main lobby, patients can see you from their televisions. Simply dial 3 plus the patient room number.

Visit Vision is only available in the South Patient Tower at this time.
