The ClotTriever Thrombectomy System is an FDA cleared device designed to treat blood clots in the leg. The ClotTriever works by removing blood clots from vessels in your leg by trapping the clot.  The trapped clot is pulled into a metal mesh bag and then out of your body using a catheter. A catheter is a thin, flexible tube that is used to help remove blood clots.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the ACURATE Transfemoral Aortic Valve System for transcathereter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in patients with severe native aortic stenosis who are indicated for TAVR.

The purpose of this study is to collect additional information on the safety and effectiveness of the commercially approved Amplatzer PFO Occluder and Amplatzer Talisman PFO Occluder, devices used for patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure.
