Dr. Lee Ching graduated from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, Ecuador, with her medical degree and completed an internal medicine residency at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Florida. She then completed rheumatology and lupus fellowships at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dual board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology, Dr. Lee Ching has extensive experience in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases and related conditions. She recently served as a sarcoidosis generalist at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where she was also an assistant professor in the Division of Rheumatology and program director for the rheumatology fellowship. In addition to these roles, Dr. Lee Ching was director of the Lupus Nephritis Clinic and research director of Rheumatology at University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and speaks Spanish fluently.
