COVID-19 Testing (Columbia, SC)

Appointments are required.

Testing conducted at our LMC Northeast Drive-Thru Community Testing Site, located at 3016 Longtown Commons Dr. Columbia, SC 29229. Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle. Those with more than one person per vehicle, please complete an additional appointment selection for each patient receiving a test.

Results

Due to an increase in testing volume and the holidays, results are available in approximately 48 hours. Results will be available in your MyChart account. Tests are not processed at this location so do not contact this location’s Urgent Care or outpatient lab to inquire about test results.

After selecting a date/time for your screening and entering a reason for your visit, log in to your MyChart account to reduce the amount of time needed for your screening registration or your MyChart proxy registration.
