West Columbia, S.C.– Lexington Medical Center is hiring! The hospital will host an “Interview Day” on Saturday, February 23, 2019 to fill positions in the Nutrition department. The available jobs are food service positions. With a new patient care tower that includes expanded dining options opening next month, the hospital is looking to hire employees to work in the new space as well as the hospital’s existing dining facilities.
Interview Day will take place inside the lower level of the East Tower on the Lexington Medical Center campus from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on February 23. The hospital is located at 2720 Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia. Job applicants will speak with Lexington Medical Center health care recruiters during their visit.
Applicants should be friendly customer service professionals with a background in food service. The available jobs include responsibility for all aspects of patient, staff and customer food preparation while working in the hospital’s three dining facilities.

At 545,000 square feet, Lexington Medical Center’s new patient care tower is the largest hospital expansion in South Carolina history. The 10-story tower will include a new Mother/Baby department, operating rooms, more than 200 patient beds for medical, surgical and critical care, and a brand new Terrace Café.
