West Columbia, S.C. – Lexington Medical Center recognized 13 outstanding nurses as LMC Gold recipients this year.
Congratulations to Lisa Brown, Mandi Cowsert, Tammy Crawford, Kelly Floyd, Sarita Franks, Susie King, Leann Moody, Angela Quarters, Marrett Rawls, Heidi Reno, Emily Scher, Kelli Stenger and Courtney Tucker for being recognized with this award.
Since 2006, LMC Gold has honored nurses within Lexington Medical Center's network of care for their commitment to patients and the nursing profession.
Nominated by their peers, these nurses display excellence in practice and leadership, participate in professional organizations and development, and contribute to the advancement of nursing, as well as provide patients with the best possible care.

Lexington Medical Center operates one of the busiest Emergency departments in South Carolina, treating nearly 100,000 patients each year. The hospital delivers more than 4,000 babies each year and performs more than 25,000 surgeries.
