Lexington Medical Center Celebrates Breast Cancer Survivors at Women’s Night Out

West Columbia, S.C. – Lexington Medial Center will celebrate breast cancer survivors at the annual event, Women’s Night Out. The event is Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the Pastides Alumni Center.
Women’s Night Out focuses on creating awareness about breast cancer and the survivors whose courageous fight provides hope and inspiration to others. The event starts with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, raffle drawings, a fashion show featuring breast cancer survivors, and a panel discussion focusing on breast cancer education and survivorship.

Donations at the event benefit the Crystal Smith Breast Cancer Fund, established in memory of Crystal Smith, a devoted mother and wife who shared 22 years of her life with Lexington Medical Center. The fund provides breast cancer patients with essential items and services, including post-surgical kits for mastectomy patients, wigs and mammograms.
